Procurement Framework 2016 offers wider choices to ‘Go to Market’ based on PPSD

Elmas Arisoy, Practice Manager, Governance Global Practice, World Bank points out that widening the choices to “go to market” for identifying right supplier, contractor and/or consultant is one the key features of the 2016 Procurement Framework, in this video. PPSD prepared at the planning stages of a project is the tool for choosing the right option from the permutation and combination of about 70 procurement methods and approaches. The option is identified based on the technological requirements vis a vis market situation and supplier preferences.
