The overall vision of the new policy is for Procurement in IPF operations that supports borrowers achieve value for money with integrity in delivering sustainable development. To this end, the new Procurement Framework is a modernized approach to using procurement methods to support better development outcomes. The innovations in the Framework aim at improving process, form and function of procurement in Bank-funded projects.
